Shipping Policy
At Shree Ammavari Silks, we make sure your sarees are packed with care and delivered safely to your doorstep. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and dispatched in 3–5 business days. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India, while international shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days, and international deliveries within 10–15 business days. Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
All products are packed in protective packaging to preserve the fabric’s quality and ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please provide accurate delivery information, as failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability may require re-shipping charges. Return & Exchange Policy
At Shree Ammavari Silks, all sarees are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, you may raise an exchange request by emailing us at contact@shreeammavari.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and product images. Once approved, we will confirm your exchange via email.
Please note that products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact. Sarees with fall/pico done or customized alterations are not eligible for exchange. Exchange requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted, and approval is subject to stock availability.
