We’re here to help! Follow these two easy steps to raise an exchange request for your order.

Check Eligibility & Submit Request

Raise your exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your saree.

Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

For damaged or defective items, include an unboxing video with your request.

Fill out our Exchange Form or email us at contact@shreeammavari.com with your Order Number, product details, and clear images.
Exchanges are not accepted for sarees with fall/pico done or beyond the 48-hour window.

Exchange Process & Replacement

Once your request is reviewed, our team will send you return shipping details.

Pack the saree securely with the original invoice and ship it back.

After inspection, your replacement saree will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
We’ll keep you informed via email throughout the process.
